Buster Keaton??

It's Paul Hartman as Jaremir, in Man on a Tightrope (dir. Elia Kazan, 1953). Hartman appeared as Toynbee in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and is best known as Emmett Clark, proprietor of Emmett’s Fix-It Shop in the Mayberry television universe.
