Martin Sheen, I think.
That would be President Bartlett. Doesn't seem to have changed a bit.
Yes, that’s actor and fictional president Martin Sheen, making his screen debut in “. . . And the Cat Jumped Over the Moon ” (December 15, 1961). For me, seeing Sheen’s name in the credits was a total surprise. You guys make it look easy.
