She looks Ingrid Bergman-y.
Which may be one reason I didn’t recognize her. :) Not Bergman.
She played Della Street in the Perry Mason series. I'm embarrassed I don't remember her name. (Of course, I could have Googled it...)
That’s her — Barbara Hale, in The Window (dir. Ted Tetzlaff, 1949). Good eyes!
For me, Barbara Hale has a memorable face mostly because of her eyes and her hairline. One of my favorite actors.
And a great voice. In this movie it’s higher and lighter than in Perry Mason, another reason I didn’t recognize her.
