    Looks like a baby James Spader. (But I woudn't bet on it. I only mention it because I usually have absolutely NO idea who your mystery actors could possibly be.)

    Yes, it’s Christopher Walken, credited as Ronnie Walken, as Chris Johannis, a young nihilist, in the Naked City episode “Robin Hood and Clarence Darrow, They Went Out with the Bow and Arrow” (January 9, 1963). He also appears uncredited as a grad student in “No Naked Ladies in Front of Giovanni ’s House!” (April 17, 1963).

    Huh.
    I guess there's a slight similarity between him & James Spader.
    Googled it and found a pinterest page "James Spader is my Christopher Walken". LOL

    I had to look him up — I think there is a similarity.

    I think it’s tougher to recognize CW in his second NC episode, where he's wearing glasses.
