One letter, two pages, six points

Today’s installment of Heather Cox Richardson’s Letters from an American should make any right-thinking person’s head spin. It begins with a two-page, six-point memo for stealing a presidential election.

This Letter really scared the bejesus out of me especially reading it at 2 am!

What are people thinking these days??? Actually I don't think they even know how to logically go through and do the reasoning or ask themselves if this is what we should be doing.

I am rather surprised that an attorney proposed this. I wonder if he will be reported to the CA state bar for misconduct as that is so far out of ethical legal behaviour. His background on Wikipedi is interesting to say the least.

I'm back to listening Politics War Room by James Carville and Al Hunt.

The calculation and cynicism in that memo really are frightening.

To paraphrase Alexander Graham Bell: “AG Garland. Come Here. We need you.”

How all this got started:

Reading John Dean's twitter account just now: "If you are following John Eastman’s memo to get Pence to throw the election be aware Eastman appears to have totally distorted the one source he cites: Tribe! It was Dorf, Buchanan & Tribe. Dorf explains the full frontal fudging in this post. Eastman is dishonest and shameless."

And here is the link to the background: http://www.dorfonlaw.org/2021/09/how-essay-by-neil-buchanan-laurence.html

Love the comment about only using Tribe's name!

Thanks, Kirsten. (Again, I say, you should be blogging.) Eastman is quite a character. I hope — hope! — time is running out for these people.
