I had no idea--thanks. Looking at Kafka's drawings on the Natl Library of Israel site---Edward Lear popped into mind!
ReplyDeleteI too had no idea. Then I thought of the illustrations in the old edition of Amerika and then I realized that they weren’t by Kafka.
