I've been a big admirer of his for years. I still have my paperback copy of The World of Donald Evans. Such a shame he died young.

I have a book somewhere of similar stamp art, but by someone else. I’m looking forward to seeing Donald Evans’s work on paper.

The Evans book came today — what wonderful stuff. And yes, postal art, not mail art.
