I've committed to quitting Wordle one I get stumped. I missed a few days due to forgetting, but 33-0. I don't think I'll hold to the same standard on Worldle, which I'm sure will quickly defeat me even though yesterday's (Ukraine) was timely but easy and today's (solve it yourself) was the home of some of my ancestors.
I’m on a streak of 20 — I can’t recall what word messed me up before that. The thought has crossed my mind that Will Shortz has ruined the game — that’s ridiculous, I know.
Worldle is a killer. But your comment prompted me to try it today, and I got it on the first try. I’m not sure I can say I knew the answer, but I thought it had to be what I thought it was, if that makes sense.
Soooo... Make that 33-1. Today's got me, my final guess was "DUPED". Bye-bye Wordle.
Today’s was a bit crazy. I got it — having the final e helped a lot.
I guess the one consolation in quitting is that you won’t have to discover that it’s gone behind a paywall.
