Is the implication that wine doesn't go with canned spaghetti? First, canned spaghetti? Second, if I were so inclined to go the canned route, I'd pair it with a nice box of white zinfandel. But that's just me.
ReplyDeleteHi’s punchline — “That’s why I think we need wine” — suggests a feeble attempt to improve the meal. I fear Lois has already lost hope.
ReplyDeleteThere’s also canned wine — we bought some canned rosé as a joke for wine-loving friends. It turned out to be surprisingly good.
