In the spirit of Harold Ramis’s movie, I am trying to get Groundhog Day right. I think snow is much more appropriate than bright green grass. Besides, snow in the comics always looks beautiful, so clean and bright.

Ah, the brilliance of comic strip snow. Calvin's adventures with Hobbes in the snow and his gallery of snow creatures are among my favorite memories of Watterson's strip.
Sigh. When I watched the Peanuts Christmas special in December, I marveled at the empty but beautiful snowscapes.
It took me some time to pick up on the ifference. Pitiful!
