This one is mine: Stemside. It’s all about tomatoes. E.g.:
“Coming up on Stemside: tomato sandwiches. Are they really as good as people say?”
[Spoiler: they are. And you should always let tomatoes sit stem down.]

They are is the correct answer. Good bread is a necessity, a little olive oil, basil, maybe salt and pepper. I sometimes add some good melted cheese, and I know that that may be considered a grilled cheese with tomato, but the tomato still dominates. What's even better? Two tomato sandwiches!
You’d make a good guest for Stemside, Joe. If only it were real.
I like cracked wheat bread, mayo, salt and pepper. Elaine likes to add basil.
