I am going shopping for sardines today. I hope they are in stock somewhere!
I specifically want those King Oscar ones with cracked pepper that you posted about recently, but I'll take plain naked ones too.
I think you’ll find something. Only a larger supermarket is likely to have cracked pepper — the Oscars come in many varieties. Whatever choices you find, look for sardines in olive oil.
Here’s an expired coupon.
Darn. I checked and it does indeed note its expiration date.
But thanks.
I will report back...
When I read this at first I thought it said "The sardine has NO want to change," which seemed like a very true (and perhaps wise?) adage, perhaps because I recently read a book about the "timeless" migrations of alewives. Now I'm not sure what the real saying is meant to imply.
I’m not sure either. My guess is that it’s a variation on “How many psychiatrists does it take to change a lightbulb?” I just like the mysteriousness of it.
