ReplyDeleteAnother RN argued with a guy who tested positive, and she could not make him understand why he should self quarantine. I think tracking and both criminal prosecution and civil liability is the only way to deal with people like that. There is precedent with HIV with negectful and intentional infections. Some people lack any empathy or sense of civic responsibility, which is why we have criminal law.
