I used to love that TV special--narrated by Capote.
(Haven't seen it in years but his voice lingers.)

Thanks. I know about the recording, but I didn’t know about a movie. I’ll have to look on YouTube.
My professor Jim Doyle, who became a beloved figure at the Vermont state school where he returned to teaching, used to read the story every year. I think it was something of a campus event.
