[My first thought was “Cookie Monster.” But the skull shape is so clear, and Halloween is approaching. I say Skullface.]

Shocked Skullface? or Disapproving Skullface?
It really looks happy to me — I see the metal bar as a slightly crooked smile. But if I think shocked or disapproving, the smile turns into the bottom of an open mouth and the face turns scary. I guess it’s something of a duck-rabbit.
