Yeah, I was thinking of that and thought to let it speak for itself. Thank you for noticing!

The most difficult labor, really, is the kind that takes place online and on the phone — the maze of paperwork stuff. E.g.: register my mom for a COVID test — easy. Forget to ask for documentation that she had it. Figure out how to get that. The only way to do it all is to think granularity — one thing, another, another.
