This goes to prove the point that, sometimes, a picture is NOT worth a thousand words. Or, said another way, "Sometimes a thousand (or more often, some number fewer) words is worth more than a picture."
And how. And as I just discovered, the comment page turns that emoji into two question marks enclosed in hexagons. I better look into that.
I heard a podcast somewhere in which Bryan Garner talked about the importance of making contracts as explicit and unambiguous as possible. The words “I agree to these terms” would cover it, no?
