thank you for the link to the duke law school website. i'm always wanting to see what pops into the public domain on january 1.
copyright and trademark law were to me two of the hardest in concept classes in law school. just when i thought i understood how the courts would rule, one court would completely throw it off.

Now the challenge is to get a correct copy of something in the public domain (and not the sketchy junk that Amazon pushes for books in the public domain).
