Beneath the fold or buried?
I gave up on NBC last night but later saw that they gave it 1:28 later in the show. Weather or the threat of weather so often leads their broadcast.
As you know, death threats are under the criminal code to prevent self defence by individuals taking the law into their own hands. I daydream about a plaintiff charging the orange one under, "you knew, or ought to have known, that your followers would act on your incitement..."
I think his kind of talk easily qualifies as stochastic terrorism.
