I get it. I remember a Readers Digest moment where a couple is driving on holiday and the wife wonders if she left the iron plugged in. Husband pulls over and stops car. Goes to trunk. Pulls out the iron neatly wrapped in its cord.

ReplyDeleteAs a kid, I remember having to return home on more than one occasion to check the stove. As I recall, it was never on.
