Thanks, Michael. I feel bad now for writing and deleting a comment on the Maggie Haberman post. I'll re-say it here: I get pretty mad at the NYT sometimes too, but I always end up asking myself what might be an improvement. I need to read a newspaper. I try to read several. But the Times at its worse seems superior to others' best efforts. I am open to suggestions.
I have digital subscriptions for both the Times and the Washington Post. But the Times has much more cultural stuff that interests me. I think I’m condemned to stick with both.
