I don’t expect an answer. But I take pleasure in writing to “my” representative. She won’t read it, but someone in her office might. And might then have something to think about.

  1. Beautifully "contemptuously indulgent", as Tolstoy might say.
I laughed: a multiple choice test!

I hadn't really thought beyond how awful Miller was (for holding Hitler up as a positive example) to the fact that, in fact, he wasn't even right!

  2. Yep, I think I missed that point too. There are so many levels of wrong.

But “contemptuously indulgent”? I must protest. This letter is totally polite!

  3. Lol, sure—offering someone a multiple choice boxes to tick isn’t at all suggesting they are operating at a low level… 😆

  4. I thought it was simpler than requiring a letter in response. I may have been influenced by all the boxes I had to check in the paperwork for getting my shots. : )

  5. Well, I think your letter was brilliant—a brilliant and polite insult!
    Good on ya!

  6. It’s getting some (minor) attention in these parts. I hope that Rep. Miller for one understands that it’s meant to be polite. I’m not backing down about that. : )

Play fair. Keep it clean. No potshots and no derailing. Thanks.
