Watching Donald Trump respond to reporters’ questions earlier today, I thought, “This is like watching a train wreck.” Except that train wrecks are over quickly and don’t lie. (“No collision.”) They’re honest about the damage they inflict.

The investigation found no Russian "collusion," or related crimes, so there was no justice to obstruct.
As I think we both know, “collusion” is not a legal term. As for obstruction, more than 1,000 former federal prosecutors see evidence of it: “The Mueller report describes several acts that satisfy all of the elements for an obstruction charge: conduct that obstructed or attempted to obstruct the truth-finding process, as to which the evidence of corrupt intent and connection to pending proceedings is overwhelming.” We will have to continue to disagree on these things.
