I'm sorry, but if whoever did that site for her couldn't even type a professional webpage or speak English, then I don't see how the OS is going to be any good.
I don’t think Hannah M. (or Miley Cyrus) has anything to do with this Linux distro. My guess is that someone has added a Hannah Montana theme to the desktop wallpaper. (Someone with English is a second language.)
