I know of only one podcast that (for me) brings tears with almost every episode: Soul Music (BBC Radio 4). The episode marking the show’s twenty-fifth anniversary is no different: “Soul Music at 25.”
What did it for me: the story that goes with Satie’s Gymnopédie No.1 .

Thank you so much for Soul Music at 25. Every tale struck my heart, every piece of music , as well. This brief life of ours, cushioned by music , makes it do-able. Thank you again! I had nearly forgotten how to feely feel , damped down in a position of the shocked dog. These times,eh?
