Out of his mind? True. But it's equally true that he has once more distracted the NYTimes from the Epstein files and the transcript of Jack Smith.
Yes, everything is meant to distract from everything else. I’m waiting to see if the Wikipedia mockup makes the Times. I doubt it. But it’s one more piece of evidence that he should be far from the Oval Office.
