Maybe a way to make sardines seem more delicate, more refined?
I tried sardines for the first and last time recently at my kids' sugegstion, as evidently tinned fish had a moment on TikTok. They are cleary an acquired taste that I must pass on, which is a shame, because they look delicious to me, but my tongue and stomach rebeled.
Oh well. Yes, tinned fish are having a moment, as they say, especially sardines. They're a taste I acquired in childhood. I wonder if I could acquire that taste now..
