ReplyDeleteI've found that any form of ohrwurm (from German, literally 'ear worm'), be it Top 40 excrescence or beer commercial, can be defeated simply by listening again to the same tune.

ReplyDeleteI thought singing the jingle might work, but no luck: the worm just dug deeper. I did, however, have a Negra Modelo last night, and this morning, no jingle. Thanks, Count, thanks, Rachel.
