Either public urination or watering your plants when there is some sort of water shortage and thus prohibition against watering your lawn.

ReplyDeleteYou know-- the limbs are thrashing around, slicing leaves off the neighbors' branches; and then there is letting a big dead branch fall onto your neighbor's head... not to mention the secretion of toxic agents to kill competing plant growth.
