“WTF!!” indeed. If the tweeter had read more attentively, he might have noticed the sentence that concludes the post: “I know my parts of speech, but I like the modesty of sentence-style titles for Orange Crate Art posts.” See? I’m not as dumb as I look, or as I look to some people. The related post

"WTF? Person who criticizes blog post doesn't read said blog post."
Maybe your Twitterer doesn't know about headline vs. sentence-style capitalization?
WhoTF is John Wohn?
He’s probably a perfectly nice guy who needs to read more carefully before criticizing. Even though it’s the Internets.
His outrage is oversized. Perhaps he needs to go for a ride with Cherry.
Yet another enraged creature for her to contend with.
By the way, he calls himself a Grammar N---. Not my kind of person.
(I won’t use that word here.)
Is it Twitterer or Tweeter? I never know.
He's followed by Barack Obama. I must know his secret!
I’d say “Twitter user.”
Obama? WTF!!
I'm going to add that when you said he calls himself a "Grammar N---," my first thought was "Grammar Nerd?" After a few minutes I got it. The joys of aging!
