What is a rigger? Merriam-Webster: “one that rigs.” Thanks for that. Dictionary.com is more helpful: “a person who works with hoisting tackle, cranes, scaffolding, etc.”
A different building bearing Frank M. Herbert’s name stands in the background of last Sunday’s tax photograph. Strange: the map at 1940s.nyc shows no building where that Herbert appears to stand.
