John Martin founded Black Sparrow Press, best known for publishing Charles Bukowski’s poetry, but also known (to fewer readers) for making available Charles Rezkinoff’s poems, complete. The New York Times has an obituary. (No mention of Reznikoff therein.)

The catalog of Black Sparrow Press is something. I'm not ready to take on The Complete Correspondence of Charles Olson and Robert Creeley, but I'm glad someone published it.
I'll have to look up the story of how he came to publish Reznikoff. I'm with you on Olson and Creeley, having borrowed several volumes from the library.
