I called my representative in Congress once again and, once again, left a voicemail message. (They seldom pick up.) This time I urged the gentlewoman from Illinois to stand with Ukraine, and I added some fact-checks, courtesy of The Guardian. I closed on a helpful note by spelling aggrandizement.

To me the problem is not that Trump forgets how the US Intelligence services spoiled several false flag attempts by Russia, before they invaded, to be able to blame Ukraine for prompting their invasion (after all, the average American can't remember four years back, which is handy for four-year elections)
To me the problem is that the Republican elected politicians and officials have forgotten the terms "go into caucus" and "two heads are better than one" because they all know Trump can't listen and will "kill the messenger." So they leave him to be a freak "minority of one" with freaky ideas.
I just noticed you have "no kings" on your masthead. Cool!
I think he’s making up, as always, his own reality. He can say and get at least some people to believe anything, or at least keep their mouths shut out of fear.
I like to change the blog description line, as Google calls it, pretty often. Thanks for noticing!
By the way, Mary Miller has voted against aid to Ukraine.
