Moving to Elgin Park

“Michael Paul Smith has moved to Elgin Park”: the creator of an imaginary town has died.

[I wish I’d known about Elgin Park years ago.]

Thanks for the story link. I also didn’t know about “Elgin Park” and it would have been nice to have been follow its progress.

If miniature worlds are of interest a former student’s works are a sight to behold. My current favourite at his blog is the Mister Rogers' Neighborhood television house.

I’d love to see it. Can you add the link? There’s nothing behind the words.

“You can use some HTML tags” is, apparently, wrong. I trusted “blooger” to accept the address tag.

In the clear: http://lancecardinal.blogspot.com/2014/03/mr-rogers-neighborhood-tv-set-miniature.html

and bonus “Muppet Theatre Playset” http://lancecardinal.blogspot.com/2011/03/scratch-built-palisades-muppet-theatre.html

Huh. I wonder what happened. I put links in comments often.

Those miniatures are incredible. Like looking into Mister Rogers’s house itself. I’m sure it’s the same with the Muppets — I don’t know that world nearly as well.

I looked at the page source, which shows this:

<a rel="nofollow">Mister Rogers' Neighborhood television house</a>.

But links are possible: Orange Crate Art. I wonder what happened.
