Nowadays, it's in vogue not to mention your denomination in your church name (not sure why), such as The Annointing Light Church or the Living Water Church. Once in the 1960s my mother was looking for a new church, and was calling to see what affiliation the church might have. She asked what literature they used (such as the American Baptist Convention or the Southern Baptist Convention). One church she called said, "We don't use no literature," which became one of those family sayings families have, in my family. Was this story too complicated?
Priceless!
