Dustin Kudlick is starting a blog. His sister Meg is helping him add a counter. It feels quaint just to type those words — blog, counter.
But as they say, the best time to start a blog was twenty years ago. The second-best time is today.

I guess blogs are like poetry: Quite good for those few who enjoy their purpose.
My blog is like f[y tying or petit point: Even if nobody notices I still keep happily busy.
I can't imagine a book called, "The Collected Tweets of..." but selected blogs might be worth collecting. Or lengthy blog comments and replies, as. John Scalzi did, called, "Your Hate Mail Will Be Graded."

By the way, happy retirement. More time to do all the things that have had to fit in around “work.”
