My favorite Bob Marley song. The reference to "atomic energy" in the second verse has always puzzled me a bit.
Atom bombs, and world destruction? But “none of them can stop the time,” meaning that they won’t bring the world to an end before it’s supposed to end?
I wonder if it was some kind of response to the No Nukes concerts.
The timing seems right. Or maybe a response to Three Mile Island?
