Before I read this--just tell me: is this one of those stories like 'Barrington Bunny' or the movie 'The Holly and the Ivy' that makes one want to toss a rope over the closet rod? Because we've already had a hard enough couple of weeks; (we're okay, but our grip on holiday cheer is getting a little slippery.) So I'm asking for advance warning; wave me off if it's anything close to a shaggy dog story or a misanthropic reflection on modern society, please!
Oh, but Happy Christams! and I hope you have a lovely day!
It’s difficult to characterize this story. It’s certainly not a conventional Christmas story. It’s the story told at the end of the film Smoke, if that helps.
Hi Michael,
Thinking of Christmases past... All the best!
Bob Freed
Thank you, Bob. Same to you.
