What a song!
ReplyDeleteI would’ve sworn that it’s on one of the two records of hymns and folk tunes by Hank Jones and Charlie Haden (not), but it’s better to have it with the words. I don’t know why i can’t find this 1923 recording on the National Jukebox (Library of Congress).
