Five years ago I started cooking seriously, but quickly got sick of tracking recepies across the web, books, Instagram etc. I'm not one if those build a database types, and the old 3x5 index system was out.
I use Tru Red 5.5x8 in flexible cover narrow ruled notebooks from Staples. So far I've cooked and collected 416 recipes and after I note four more, will crack Vol. V.
Just curious: do you make an index in the back?
In the front. I print out pages and double side tape them in. I index by dish and cuisine, pages are consecutive across volumes.
