A two-year-old recites William Shakespeare’s sonnet 18. Even if he drops lines, he deserves at least as many views as a three-year-old reciting a Billy Collins poem.
Update, March 13: Summer’s lease hath all too short a date. The video has been removed from YouTube.

My pleasure. But I like the Billy Collins one too, though not as much. I guess it's all about the material.
ReplyDeleteThe Billy Collins poem is fun, I’ll admit. But it makes my teeth hurt when I see him get attention that should go to better poets.
ReplyDeleteI wonder whether the parent(s) who posted sonnet 18 had second thoughts about putting their kids in front of the world. I can’t blame them if they did.
