I've seen photos of Rahm's house, and it's definitely not adobe. Maybe our justices need an architectural primer. ;-)

Was the question really whether he would lose his "abode" or home by renting it? Wasn't the question actually whether he would lose his residency? But I guess we can't fault anyone too much considering the Court decided this matter, and issued written opinions, in a matter of days.
I think the question was whether renting is equivalent to losing resident status. Something like that.
That's what I thought. But it was phrased in a somewhat sloppy fashion; it could be interpreted that the Court was deciding whether one loses their abode because one rents it. Now that would be a novel legal theory.
